City On A Hill Ministries’ mission is to provide a residential treatment and recovery center for individuals dealing with addiction and other mental health conditions that affect a person’s thinking, mood or behavior. We seek to transform lives by providing holistic treatment strategies that addresses physical, emotional, spiritual and social growth. Our program curriculum will include but not be limited to, Moral Reconation, Therapy, Authentic Manhood Life Skills, Celebrate Recovery, Adult Basic Education, Vocational Education and re-entry employment placement.
